1. Aadhar Card (PDF within 1MB,front & back side)
2. Graduation, 3 years Diploma, B.Tech, BBA, BCA, Bsc. Nursing, GNM marksheet and Certificate (2020-2025) (PDF within 1MB)
3. Passport Photo (JPG within 200KB)
4. Bank Passbook front page with photo / Cancel cheque and Updated page (1 mb)
